Til Ke Laddu Recipe :-
Ingredients :-
1 1/4 th cup sesame seeds
1 tbs ghee
jaggery 1 1/4 th cup
1/4 cup roasted crushed peanuts
1/2 tsp elaichi powder
Method:-
1)To make til ladoo, heat a broad non-stick pan, add the sesame seeds & dry roast on a low flame for 8 minutes
while stirring continously . keep aside .
2) Heat the ghee in a deep non-stick pan, add the jaggery, mix well & cook on slow flame for 4 minutes, while stirring continously.
3)Add the sesame seeds, peanuts & cardamom powder, mix well & cook on a slow flame for 1 minute, while stirring continously.
4) Transfer the mixture into a greased plate & allow it cool slightly 1-2 minutes.
5) wet your palms with little water, take a small portion of the mixture, & shape into a round, laddu.
6) allow the til gul laddu to cool completely & store in an air tight container.
