I lost 2 kgs in 7 days…
eating NORMAL Indian food.
Here’s the EXACT plan I followed:
Morning (empty stomach)
1 glass warm water + jeera/saunf water
(helps reduce bloating + improves digestion)
Breakfast (protein first, always)
👉 Pick ANY 1:
• Paneer paratha + curd
• 2 whole eggs / egg bhurji + toast
• Besan chilla + curd + green chutney
• Greek yogurt + fruits + seeds
Mid-morning (if hungry)
1 fruit (watermelon) (keep it simple)
Lunch (this is where fat loss actually happens)
• Paneer pulao + raita
• Egg white fried rice + veggies
• Dal + rice + sabzi + salad
• Chicken/fish curry + 1–2 roti + salad
Evening (don’t mess this up)
👉 Chai is okay BUT pair it with:
• Roasted chana
• Peanut chaat/ popcorn less salt
• Boiled chana chaat
(This prevents overeating at dinner)
Dinner
👉 Choose ANY:
• Paneer/ chicken tikka + sauté veggies
• Veg/chicken green Thai shoup + salad
• Paneer/ egg bhurji + 1 roti + salad
❌ No skipping dinner
After dinner rule:
No random snacking.
If craving → haldi milk / 1 fruit
3 things that actually made me lose fat:
