Neela Naik Mhatre started her career in the beauty business in 1982 in Mumbai. Thereafter she was in London for 4 years studying her chosen field of aromatherapy & Reflexology along with an advanced qualification in body and beauty therapy with the vulnerable steiner school of Beauty therapy and cosmetology. Cidesco was established 60 years ago as the international governing body of Beauty, Body & Indonesia. Spa therapies, is headquartered in Switzerland and is represented in 40 countries across 5 continents. India was awarded its own section in 1994 and is based in Mumbai.
From 1994 training & preparing students for post graduate's Diploma. She also conducted workshops all over Maharashtra. In 2006 she was selected as 1st international CIDESCO Examiner from India.
She has visited Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, and China, as a CIDESCO International Examiner and attended conferences in countries like Germany, Japan, Sweden, and Malaysia.
She was invited to train the Spa Therapy team of Park Hyatt of Goa, Bali in Indonesia.
