The Ideal Frequency
Of Using Hair Oil.
Hair oil is an important part of our hair care process. And knowing when to apply it and how much to apply is important.
In brief if you're using hair oil 2-3 times a week, you should apply 5 ml or less and gently massage your scalp. Then you should wash after two hours.
If you are using more moderate amounts of oil, like 5-8 ml, then it should be done once a week for scalp massage and left overnight.

Keeping your under-eye skin healthy is an essential part of daily skin care routine.
Here are few tips to having a healthy under eye skin:
1. Protect yourself from sun. Wear a suncreen and sunglasses especially when you step out on a sunny day.
2.Avoid exccessive screen time. Considering our lifestyle today, most our time is spent on gadgets and its necesaary to put some limit on it.
3.Getting enough sleep is a key to maintaining our overall health and affects directly on under eye skin too.
4.Drink enough water on regular intervals.
5.Make sure to follow a daily moisturizing routine.
6.A gentle massage while moisturizing helps in keeping our skin healthy.
7.Avoid excessive rubbing on our eyes and under-eye skin.
