Here are some tips to reset the skin balance.

📍Drink plenty of water. 
Keeping yourself hydrated helps to flush out toxins from your body and reduce dryness of skin in winter.

📍Start a balanced diet
The essential minerals and vitamins from fruits and veggies will help maintain a glowing skin.

📍Reduce use of make up
Give a break to your skin from makeup products and only use a sunscreen & moisturizer to help build back the skin barrier.

📍Choose the right cleanser 
Shift to milder cleansers which leave behind some moisture on the face. 

📍Start exfoliating
If you have developed mild pigmentation or roughness, introduce a mild exfoliating agent such as glycolic acid or salicylic acid in your regimen twice a week (avoid if you have a dry or sensitive skin) 
Get a medical grade chemical peel or laser in a dermatologist's clinic for a better exfoliation. 

📍For minor acne break outs:
Use Clindamycin gel and acne patches on those stubborn breakouts.
If you have more than 5 pimples then get a medical prescription from your skin specialist.
