1) Raw onion is known to lower the production of LDL (bad cholesterol) .
2) The vitamin C (which remains intact while they are in the raw form) along with the phytochemicals present in onions helps build immunity.

Easy quick recipe- โจ Calories per bowl -100/150 ๐
Chop some carrots, onions and capsicum (Optional- peas, bell pepper, beans)๐ถ๏ธ๐ฅ๐๐ฝ
Add a little olive oil in a pan, add a small spoon of jeera aka cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let it pop.
Add the vegetables, salt and chilli.
Stir fry.๐ฅ
Add the water, oats. Bring to boil for 5 mins. Cover the lid and let it stay for 5 mins.
Top it up with some roasted peanuts.
Serve!๐ฒ
