Easy quick recipe- โœจ Calories per bowl -100/150 ๐ŸŒˆ
Chop some carrots, onions and capsicum (Optional- peas, bell pepper, beans)๐ŸŒถ๏ธ๐Ÿฅ•๐Ÿ„๐ŸŒฝ
Add a little olive oil in a pan, add a small spoon of jeera aka cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Let it pop.
Add the vegetables, salt and chilli.
Stir fry.๐Ÿฅ˜
Add the water, oats. Bring to boil for 5 mins. Cover the lid and let it stay for 5 mins.
Top it up with some roasted peanuts.
Serve!๐Ÿฒ
