Our ethos is Health is Happiness yet barely anyone of us really give our own health the respect it deserves. Our timings, pressures, eating habits only add to the disrespect. So, we at McCann Healthcare made a small start at trying to get a bit more healthy, one step at a time.
Urmi Kothari who is a dancer by profession, fitness trainer and a regular practitioner of Yoga and Kalaripayattu conducted an interesting workshop for us where the "IT" in the SWEAT IT OUT could be stress, frustration, toxins, bad habits, etc and she will gave us some tips on how exercise can help us fight this "IT" .
It was indeed an exciting and inspiring session for each one of us!
