Welcome to Beyond, a little gem tucked away near the ocean, inside the beautiful and peaceful Mount Mary lane in Bandra located at Dreamland bungalow by the Bimal Roy path next to the Island heights building. It was a dark empty and abandon basement, a complete raw canvas with a lot of potential which required vision and stamina. A year later, after endless work and personal investment I would lie if I didn’t say that I’m extremely proud of the way it’s turned out. Completely self funded, leaving no stone unturned was the name of the game as this baby came with multiple set of challenges and like most big project, a lot of ups and downs. The memorable stories aren’t worth telling I guess unless you’ve really lived them so I’ll take a few knocks on the chin and write the rest in the old journal! This is also the perfect opportunity to thank .michels my business partner for the part she played in Beyond’s uprise! The engineer, the nerd, the thinker, the ohh so different & special human being, whom beautifully and selflessly always manages to solve some of the trickiest matrix & keep me on track! So what is Beyond? Well, it’s certainly a labour of love from our side and a truthful testimonial of our faith and trust in the ability to surpass & succeed. What is Beyond for you guys? It’s a platform to enable you to play, get fit, get well, explore, experiment, enjoy & create. The mediums, you know them: Everything Fitness, Wellness and Art! If you’re intrigued about this place or simply want to know the schedule and understand better what I have in mind for Beyond as an entity of it’s own you are all welcome to come to the open day on Sunday from 11 am to 6pm. Teachers, coaches, physicians, clients, friends....Beyond can host anything within it’s realm, all you need to do is get in touch and book your slot. See you this Sunday

Swipe left! He is young, cute, trendy & extremely talented yet unlike most cool cats in the industry .strength doesn’t operate from a self centred bubble, he is as genuine as it gets, no ego, no attitude, no bad vibes and he is the new addition to Team Beyond! A lot of you have been asking for evening classes so I asked Kunal to design a strength and conditioning program exclusive to Beyond. We will BUILD, IGNITE, EXPLODE, BURN, MELT together for a better & stronger 2018 because our common goal to stay on top of it never stops, it only gets better as we get older!!!!!! A labour of love, a story of friendship, a forever growing community! Me like.....Me like very much ❤️🙏🏻 OFFICIALLY moved to my new studio BEYOND after an epic last workout .juhu 2 years and 2 months training the gang in Juhu turned into 790 days of joy and of course 790 reps of sweet pain in our Friday chipper WOD 😈 I believe we had 100 reps here 100 reps there 100 everywhere💦 The class message was simple: Always BE READY, you never know your biggest challenge yet! ❤️📸

About today ❤️ back in my element, back dancing live on stage for celebrating the release of our queen ‘s beautiful new single shot by the adorable directed by the incredibly talented in collaboration with this boss & choreographed by little moi! Monica is looking incredible in the video, she danced my choreography with so much heart and grit and I cant wait for you all to see it. Performing it today was fuelled by our creative journey together, the rawness of Monica’s lyrics and some inner drama which performers have to build up for themselves from time to time! So there....Here is to collaboration, music, dance, art and friendship, love you guys❤️Spell releases on the 2nd of December on and it’s gonna burn your screeen 🔥

Monday for Myth! Weight training won’t make you stiff if you incorporate some release work on your off days. I encourage my gang to have a strong mobility routine and spend some time stretching. Dynamic stretches with the use of the breath are a great way to warm up & cool down the body and any kind of gentle and manageable session post weight training will be a great addition to a healthy and fit body. Being an ex ballerina I love my static stretches too however there’s no such things as static movement in my mind, even when I hold a position the breath makes me grow taller, spiral further so the position held has an energy of its own and keeps lengthening under tension. Breathe in to prepare, breathe out to progress 🧚♂️ Have an amazing day guys 🧚♂️
