Paneer + bean sprouts + spring onion soup -

Ingredients -
1/2 cup low fat paneer cut into small cubes,
1/2 cup bean sprouts,
3/4 cup finely chopped spring onion,
4 cups basic vegetable stock,
1/2 cup sliced baby corn,
1 tsp soy sauce,
1/2 tsp sugar,
1 tsp white pepper powder,
Salt to taste,

For the garnish - finely chopped coriander,

Method - Combine the basic vegetable stock & baby corn in a deep pan or kadhai ,
Mix well & cook on a medium flame for 3-4 minutes,

Add the soy sauce, sugar, white pepper powder, salt , paneer, bean sprouts & spring onions,
Mix well & simmer for another 3-4 minutes,

Serve hot , garnished with coriander.

PCOS Symptoms
PCOS is a syndrome disease defined by a collection of signs and symptoms. The symptoms of PCOS that one patient experiences can be very different from the symptoms of another patient. If you have two or more of the following symptoms, you need to have a thorough checkup to determine if you need PCOS treatment:

High cholesterol
High blood pressure
Sleep apnea
Infertility
Endometrial cancer
Many of these conditions can lead to heart disease. In fact, women with PCOS are four to seven times more likely to have a heart attack than women of the same age without the condition.

Benefit of Weight Loss with PCOS

Modest weight loss will not cure PCOS, but it will help. Weight loss can restore the normal function of the ovaries and result in normal hormone production. This may, in turn, lead to improvements in symptoms of PCOS, such as excess hair growth, acne or scalp hair loss.

Protect Yourself From Weight Gain

Eat Right: A healthy diet low in complex carbohydrates, moderate protein and low fat is important, as this can help regulate blood sugar levels.
Exercise: Start doing low-to-moderate activities like walking or swimming for 30-to-90 minutes per day because exercise (even without weight loss) has been shown to lower or get rid of insulin resistance.
Lose Weight: The more overweight you are the more likely you are to be insulin resistant whether you have PCOS or not. Losing just 5% of your bodyweight will help lower your insulin resistance.
Avoid Stress: Don’t over stress yourself as it increases the blood pressure level in your body and can’t help to resist with PCOS. So, try to stay as calm as possible.
Get more sleep (at least 7-to-9 hours in a day): Not getting enough sleep can also make your insulin resistance worse, which in turn acquires you the weight.

Hariyali Dal :-

Ingredients :-
1/2 cup chana dal
Washed & drained .
3/4 cup spinach( palak) puree,
1/2 tsp cumin seeds,
A pinch of hing,
1/2 tsp dried kasuri methi,
1 tsp finely chopped green chillies,
3/4 cup finely chopped onions,
1 tsp ginger paste,
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1/2 tsp garam masala,
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 cup low fat milk,
1 tsp oil,
Salt to taste.
Method:-
For hariyali dal ,
1)To make hariyali dal,
Combine the chana dal
& 1 1/2 cups of water,
In a pressure cooker
& cook for 4 whistles.

2) Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
Drain & keep aside,

3) Heat the oil in a deep non- stick pan, add the cumin seeds, Hing & dried fenugreek leaves,
& saute on a medium flame for few seconds.

4) when the seed crackle , add the green chillies, onions, ginger paste , garlic paste, & saute on a medium flame for 1 to 2 minutes,

5) Add the garam masala,
Coriander powder, salt , mix well, & cook on a medium flame for 1 minute, while stirring continuously,

6) Add the spinach puree , milk & 1 1/2 cup of water, mix well & Cook on a medium flame for 2-3 minutes, while stirring continuously.

7) add the cooked dal , mix well & Cook on a medium flame for 5 min.
While stirring continuously.

8) Serve the Hariyali Dal Hot.

Veg. Dalia :-
First roast dalia in a pan.
Then cook it in pressure cooker adding water.
Separate it.
Then in other pan add little oil. Add mustard. Cumin. Seeds.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add masala in that.
Then add carrot, capscicum, coriander, green peas, cauliflower, french beans, low fat paneer , green chillies , tomato in that. Lastly add coriander. Cook all vegetables
And mix it well with cooked dalia. Serve it hot.
