🍲 Chimney Soup🥕 Ingredients • Oil • Grated garlic • Grated ginger • Carrots (chopped) • Mushrooms (sliced) • Beans (chopped) • Vegetable stock • Miso paste • Black pepper • Soya sauce • Brown sugar (a little) • Tomato sauce (a little) • Red chili sauce • Salt (to taste)⸻👩‍🍳 Method 1. Heat a little oil in a pan. 2. Add grated garlic and grated ginger, sauté for a few seconds. 3. Add carrots, mushrooms, and beans. Cook them lightly. 4. Pour in vegetable stock. 5. Mix in miso paste, black pepper, soya sauce, and a pinch of brown sugar. 6. Add a little tomato sauce and red chili sauce. 7. Adjust salt as per taste. 8. Let it simmer for a few minutes, then serve hot.

This is my skin’s quiet little secret. What’s yours?

Recipe (save this 👇🏼):
🥬 Celery – 4 to 5 stalks, chopped
🥒 Cucumber – 1 medium, sliced
🌱 Ginger – a small piece
💧 Water – ½ to 1 cup (as needed)

➤ Add all ingredients to a blender
➤ Blend until smooth
➤ Strain if you prefer (I love it with pulp!)
➤ Pour over ice and enjoy chilled

TROPICAL COCONUT MANGO BLISS



Ingredients:
• 1 fresh coconut (water + malai)
• ½ cup fresh mango purée
• 2 tbsp fresh cream (Amul or any)
• 1 tbsp sugar (adjust to taste)
• 1 pinch elaichi (cardamom) powder
• 1 tbsp chopped cashews
• 1 tbsp chopped almonds
• 1 tbsp raisins
• Few sliced mango pieces



Recipe:
1. Crack open a fresh coconut. Pour out the coconut water and scrape out all the soft malai (tender coconut flesh).
2. In a mixing bowl, add the coconut water and the scraped malai.
3. Add the mango purée, sugar, and elaichi powder.
4. Add chopped cashews, almonds, and raisins.
5. Pour in the fresh cream. Mix or blend everything until smooth.
6. Once blended, pour the creamy mixture back into the empty coconut shell.
7. Add sliced mango pieces on top.
8. Garnish with a few more dry fruits and an extra spoon of cream if you like.



Serve chilled and straight from the shell.

🍽️ Recipe:

Ingredients:
• Soaked moong dal (blended into a smooth paste)
• Salt, ajwain, hing, turmeric, grated ginger
• Grated carrot, capsicum, onion, beetroot
• Chopped green chilli
• Crumbled paneer (optional)
• Whey water (cottage cheese water) to adjust consistency

Method:
1. Blend soaked moong dal into a fine paste.
2. Add salt, ajwain, hing, turmeric, and grated ginger.
3. Mix in all the grated/chopped vegetables, green chilli, and paneer.
4. If the batter is too thick, add whey water and mix well.
5. Heat a non-stick pan and spread the batter like a dosa.
6. Cook until crisp and golden on both sides.

Serve hot with mint-coriander chutney or hung curd. Enjoy fresh!
