This is such a sad news. Today most of us want to lead a healthy and fit life. But what is a healthy and fit life? Does a size or a six pack define your health status. Though we are surrounded by never before amount of information and resources to lead a heathy and fit life, we are also prisoners of stress and fast life style, not even mentioning the peer pressure to look "good".
Where are we going wrong? Faster result ...everything starts from this one decision you make with your body...people sell everything from "get slim in 30 days", to "get six packs in 6 weeks"...STOP....THINK
Finding a trainer is as important, who will guide you and train you in a safe zone. I personally know of people with no certified knowledge or even CPR who train clients in the name of crossfit or high intensity workout. Its not about which form of workout will give result, but just understanding that even the fittest of fit still need to start from basic to do any high intensity workout.
Please think twice before you put your life in someone else's hand and if you are a trainer, kindly take your time with clients to make them understand there is no shortcut to Fitness, start slow and give your body time to show results. You workout to better your health not loose your life.
HUGE RESPECT to all my fellow trainers/ instructors who stick to safe training even if it means fewer clients...
When your core gets stronger - "I can never do that" turns to "I just did that" ππ ...leave your inhibitions at my door and I will help you rediscover your strength.
