From a level 3 to a caramel 8. Without bleach.

I’ve been cutting and coloring ’s hair for over 10 years.
This one feels extra special.
It’s her bridal hair color 💐🥹

Fun fact: color on color can lift.
Despite a natural level 3 base, we lifted her to a caramel 8 without bleach 🤎

Her dark base gave us warmth to work with, and luckily, she loves warm over cool.

This color didn’t succeed by chance.

Blonde girls don’t need to stay blonde

This is a transitional color.
And it worked because Sakshi’s natural base is light.
Not everyone can achieve this level without bleach.

Here’s the part most people don’t explain 👇🏽

When you lift using high lift color instead of bleach, you cannot completely eliminate warmth.
Bleach gives cooler, ashier results ❄️
High lifts will always carry some warmth 🔥

That warmth isn’t a flaw. It’s part of the process.

In this case, it was controlled with a post color toner.
Not to erase warmth, but to soften and balance it 🎯

Gives you that insane beveled flick ✨
The large barrel creates a big, bouncy, voluminous blowout.
And the volume lasted me for days.

A few tips to keep in mind:
1. Blast dry hair downwards
2. Work in stages, roots first, then mid lengths to ends. Not all at once
3. Lift from the root with a down to up action
4. Hold the ends of the hair to maintain tension
5. Use cold air to lock the shape

I’ve simplified the technique so it’s easy to follow.
