The West figured out Ozempic the hard way. We didn’t have to and if you’re on this journey, your skin needs a plan too, not just your body. Comment SMART WEIGHT LOSS and I’ll send you everything.

Fillers, Ultherapy, RF Microneedling, Skin Boosters there are more options than most people realize when it comes to treating aging changes.

Each one does something different:

Energy-Based Devices: Ultherapy Prime, Ultra Q, RF Microneedling, RF Forma, XERF, Onda Pro for lifting, tightening, and collagen stimulation
Biostimulators & Skin Boosters: Beauty Booster, Copper Peptides, Profilho, Skin Weave, PDRN, PN, Merz for improving skin quality from within
Fillers: for restoring volume and structure where it’s genuinely needed

But here’s what matters more than knowing the options: which one (or which combination), in what order, and in what amount, that’s not something to self-select. A natural filler result isn’t about the product, it’s about careful positioning, correct depth, and knowing exactly how much a face actually needs. That’s a clinical decision.

This is why the assessment happens in the clinic- so whatever combination you get, including fillers, actually looks like you.

“Should I get MNRF or CO2 Laser for my acne / scars?”- one of the most common questions I get, and honestly, it’s not a decision you should be making on your own.

Both treatments work, but they work on different scarring, different skin states, and different timelines. And scarring itself isn’t one thing- acne scars generally fall into four types:

🔹 Ice pick scars: narrow, deep, pitted
🔹 Boxcar scars: wider, box-like depressions with defined edges
🔹 Rolling scars: shallow, wave-like texture from underlying tethering
🔹 Hypertrophic/keloid scars: raised, thickened scar tissue

Each type responds differently to different technologies- which is exactly why we don’t hand out a treatment menu and let you pick. The choice depends on your scar type, your skin’s current state, and how your skin has responded to treatments before. That assessment happens in the clinic.

If you’re dealing with acne scarring, the right first step isn’t choosing between these technologies- it’s getting evaluated and letting your doctor decide what your treatment plan should be.

Comment “ACNE SCARS” and I’ll send you a list of treatments you can read up on before a consult with your doctor.

New-age skincare science is genuinely exciting but only when it’s done right. Please be careful about where and from whom you get it done. Before you get any of these injectables, ask:
✔️ What is the source of the product?
✔️ Is it CDSCO-approved?
✔️ Who is actually administering it?

If you are the kind who wants to be done in one sitting, hate to visit a doc’s clinic multiple times, special shoutout to men out there, this is a no fuss, no downtime, single sitting, great result, stimulating only your natural collagen and for the ones who want to keep it natural.

40 and absolutely glowing✨

Mayuri Darshan Bhanushali walked in ready to celebrate herself- and honestly, that’s my favourite kind of patient to pamper.

Because here’s the thing: age was never the number that mattered. Happiness is. Confidence is. Choosing yourself is.

We love celebrating milestones at RA- not to chase norms, but to honour the woman who’s earned every one of her years and still shows up for herself like this

Here’s to more birthdays, more self-love, and more days spent doing exactly what makes you feel like you.

In the last post, we talked about why two patients with the same treatment can have very different results.

But there’s a fifth reason I left out. One that medicine doesn’t have a word for.

In Kannada, there is a term, Kai guna. The character of the hand. The healing that comes through touch. Olden days, this is what people believed separated one doctor from another. Not just the knowledge, not just the technique, but something that passed through the hands itself.

I believe in that.

I understand medicine. I understand machines. I understand anatomy. But I have always believed that healing comes through God’s grace, that at our best, we are simply instruments through which something larger moves.

I am deeply spiritual. A believer in divinity, in the superpower that holds all of this together. And I believe in places that charge that divinity, temples, sacred spaces, centres of grace.

Tirupati is one of mine.

Every time I come back from there, I feel a quieter confidence, a steadier hand, a more present version of myself in that room with my patients.

I don’t know how to explain it in clinical language. I don’t think I need to.
Some things just are. 🙏🤍
