Kathy reports her psoriasis story.

I have plaque psoriasis over most of my body - or rather I should say: I HAD it.
For 15 years well meaning and attentive doctors (including one generous and kind dermatologist went above and beyond many times to help me) prescribed me with various medications/treatments that made temporary or no progress in healing my skin. I was given condolences and was informed that no one really knows what causes psoriasis -maybe genetics, maybe stress. No one asked about my diet or suggested nutritional changes. As fast as one spot was treated temporarily with shots, new ones would appear. It was an embarrassing, hopeless, painful condition.

I began my Herbalife nutrition program at the end of July (about 7 months ago) hoping to lose weight. It never even occurred to me that I would find healing for my skin so I didn't even take "before" pictures. My current "before" pictures are really taken when I took my "after" weight loss photos, 10 weeks into my nutrition program. In my "before" pictures I was already ecstatic at how much my skin had healed.

Here is what I did: Healthy Meal Nutritional Shake Mix 2x daily, Cell Activator 1 tab 3x daily, Multivitamin 1 tab 3x daily, Aloe concentrate 4x double doses diluted with water daily, 21 Day Cleanse = less redness, no new spots appearing, less cracking, scales clearing. I actually started forgetting to put on my medication that I couldn't bear to be without previously. I went from putting on medication 2-3x daily to about once a month.

After 7 weeks I added Roseguard and Schizandra double dose of each= within 3 weeks my entire torso and scalp were CLEAR. Gone. All of it. Since then I have continued this same routine (plus Herbalifeline 1 tab 3x daily and Herbal Aloe Hand and Body Cream 1x daily) and my arms and legs have cleared 95%. My most stubborn spots on my elbows and knees are continually lightening. I can tell that my body is healing from the inside out and the only thing that is different is my Herbalife nutrition. I am so thankful.

This is a mid way update - I am about to try a new plan of undiluted aloe, flora fiber and cell activator in higher doses and will let you all know how it goes. I have been given so much hope and so much healing. I am a walking testimony of amazing results at the cellular level.
