I operated so many congenital anomalies in which Parents were advised to abort during pregnancy by gynaecs or fetal radiologist... But now spread of knowledge has decreased such suggestions.... This baby too operated for a serious congenital anomaly at birth by me.....n 3 months follow healthy n fine with so happy parents...what else a Pediatric surgeon needs😊

A baby with omphalocoel with content as bowel, stomach liver with ileal atresia.. operated by me at age of 2days with following results... Happy parents n almost normal umbilicus(umbilicoplasty) of baby at 1.5 month of age. God is great🙏

Aaj... Just look at this smile.... Gives so much happiness ❤️.... Operated by me at 4 months of age...now 1 yr...showed me in OPD .... healthy n growing.... Posted bcoz his parents call me n Dr Pankaj Shiv Parvati as I saved this child on Mahashivratri🙏.... God is so kind... Sab unki kripa se hi hota hai.

I usually don't post about my patients...but when the parents r so supportive n baby is grown up n they just come to meet me n say hi n thank u....this was baby antenatally seen by me for a congenital anomaly n was to abort... But after counselling kept the baby...got operated by me after delivery...n now a grown up now😊

With permission of parents posting a case of Congenital anomaly in which survival rate is very less...Parents came to me with so much apprehension. Operated n now baby is being discharged in healthy state with happy parents.

With permission of parents posting pic of this baby.... had come to me for antenatal counseling for congenital anomaly(can't reveal the disease) 9 months back....parents wanted to abort bcoz doctor in periphery gave them bad prognosis...I counselled n parents were ready to continue the pregnancy...n after delivery baby was in followup with me...n now at this age healthy with all normal milestones....So happy I m... many such babies came to the world after my counselling having congenital anomalies n r healthy in follow up inspite of fact that they required surgery or not..... Gives immense pleasure as Paediatric surgeon❤️
