🌾 The Story of Vaalay — Our Local Brown Rice 🌾

At Dr. Malik’s Farms, we’ve gone back to our roots — quite literally — by growing *Vaalay*, a traditional *Goan brown rice variety* once found in every village granary.

Unlike polished white rice, **Vaalay retains its bran**, giving it that earthy color, nutty aroma, and rich texture — packed with nutrients, fiber, and the taste of real, unaltered grain. No chemicals, no shortcuts — just the rhythm of the monsoon and the wisdom of our soil. 🌧️🌱

Vaalay isn’t just food — it’s a reminder of *how our ancestors ate, farmed, and lived in harmony with the land.* 🍚💚
