I show you how I achieved this stunning highlight color on my client with a natural level 5 base. I used the baby lights technique with prelightener in a 1:2 ratio and 20 volume developer to lift the hair 8 levels, then applied L’Oréal Professional depositing shades 8.31, 7.23, and 9.1 mixed with 20 volume and Plex to repair hair bonds and prevent breakage.
