*Block Level Training for implementation of HPV vaccination Programme*

A one day Block level training for implementation of HPV vaccination Programme in *BLOCK Pulwama* district Pulwama was held today at Block Headquarter Tahab Pulwama.The training programme was conducted under the supervision of *Deputy Chief Medical Officer Pulwama & DIO Pulwama* and was attended by , Field Supervisory Staff MOs/(CHOs/HEs/LHVs),ASHA Facilitators,U-WIN operators/vaccinators and Cold Chain Handlers.
The training regarding HPV vaccination Programme was imparted by *Dr Masooda Jan*(DIO PULWAMA)& *Dr.Moien*(MO Pulwama),

The participants were apprised regarding:

Moreover the team monitored the *ASHA Diaries and found them upto date and also interacted with ANMs/ASHAs regarding the proper Creation of *ABHA* on U-win.

*PULWAMA 15th Jan-2026* One-Day Training Programme on implementation of HPV Vaccination was held today on *15th of January, 2026* organized by Dy.CMO Pulwama,*Dr.Khursheed Ahmad* at DHQ Pulwama under the chairmanship of Worthy CMO Pulwama,*Dr.Tehmeena Jamil*.
CMO Pulwama welcomed all the participants viz,all *Block Medical Officer's, Medical Officer's/Cold Chain Handlers & U-win Vaccinators from each 24*7 PHCs of District* and emphasized the importance of capacity building and coordinated efforts for the effective implementation of the HPV vaccination programme.
A comprehensive and detailed PPT on Human Papillomavirus (HPV) vaccination was delivered by the DIO Pulwama,*Dr.Masooda Jan* & highlighting the objectives, target beneficiaries, vaccination schedule, cold-chain management, documentation, and strategies for community awareness.
The session was further enriched by valuable technical inputs from the Project Officer, UNDP, *Mr.Waheed Ahmad alongwith the U-win Coordinator* who focusing on programme monitoring, data reporting, and field-level challenges.
The training proved to be highly interactive and informative, enabling participants to clarify doubts and strengthen their understanding of *HPV vaccination*. The programme concluded with a renewed commitment from all stakeholders to ensure the successful rollout and effective coverage of the HPV vaccination initiative in the district.
