1)Everybody has different starting point.🚶🙋

2) The objective is to push your limits but not break down in the process.💪💁

5)Laboured breathing , mild tiredness, uplifted mood & looking forward to the next workout is our goal.😍🤗😇

6) Increase intensity only if the workout is too easy, too boring & there is no soreness at all.🏃☺

7) In this matter, listen to your heart❤ & not your brain.🤨
Feeling is more Important than logic.😉

8) Ask yourself, are you having fun???🤔

👉Jumping jacks
👉Inch worm
👉alternate knee n heel touch
👉skaters with shoulder press
👉crunch n twists
👉toe touch n press
👉Burpee n boxers
👉alternate leg twist

These as effective as High intencity exercises work particular muscle group.🤘👍😍
