Relaxed watching tv is good.
But if you are watching tv for long hours,then taking care of your sitting posture is very important.
Keeping a small pillow behind your low back will help in keeping good sitting posture and avoiding slouching etc which can lead to things like back pain and neck pain.
Due to coronavirus situation
many people are staying indoors.This leads to physical inactivity specially among
old people.And that leads to comorbidities.
So to avoid things like high blood pressure, heart problems etc I encourage people to go out in the mornings and exercise when the crowd is less.
