It's Friday 🎊
It's so cold here these days ...last night being -10 degrees here.
Cold brings multiple problems with it :
❄nose bleeds
❄dry skin
❄cold cough
❄joint pain
❄lethargy & feeling tired
❄need more sleep
Its so tough to motivate yourself and get work done with no light and just being cold
But things which help are :
⛄Vitamin D tabs
⛄building snowman with family
⛄having snowball fights
⛄warm beverages
⛄sleeping more
⛄talking with friends & loved ones
⛄lots of moisturizer
⛄warm clothes
⛄short walks
