Here are some tips for the same:

Sweep and mop the kitchen floor daily but also give it a deep clean at least once a week with an effective and ecofriendly floor cleaner.

Change water frequently. Every other room in residents or every few minutes on large business floors. Mopping with dirty water is counterproductive and neither leaves your floors clean nor germ-free.
