It's been a year or little more since my family has switched to organic! And it's literally one of the ever!! π

In the world full of processed foods, packed items and adulteration (literally in every single product, today), we're lucky enough to have access to organic food items even today. π π

With what's happening today in the world, it's quite obvious we all get frustrated sitting home and anger develops. It will not be that awful if you indulge your mind into something that you really enjoy and keep yourself busy with certain activities which you always wanted to do but didn't due to lack of time. π€Έ
I am keeping my self busy with cooking and trying recipes which I always wanted to try, reading, like a lotttt of it, practicing my asanas, practicing music. π»
Breathing (right way of breathing) does wonders in our life. You feel angry, you feel anxious, you feel frustrated, you feel tensed, you get negative thoughts, the practice of will lessen/stop all of it and make you feel much much better. π»
deeply with one nostril, hold it for 8 seconds and OR simply breathe deeply from both the nostrils, slowly, no hurry, for atleast 5 minutes and you're done! π
