One spoon on warm rice.
β° Lunchtime.
2οΈβ£ Betel leaves (paan)
After meals, without to***co or supari.
β° After lunch and dinner.
3οΈβ£ Milk (organic)
Warm, not cold. Add a pinch of elaichi.
β° Night, one hour before sleep.
4οΈβ£ Mangoes
Ripe, alone. Not with milk or curd.
β° Afternoon, as a meal not a snack.
5οΈβ£ Sweet potatoes
Roasted or boiled. Not fried.
β° Early evening.
6οΈβ£ Jackfruit
Raw or ripe, cooked well. Never raw and never fried as chips.
β° Lunchtime.
7οΈβ£ Coconut
Fresh grated on rice or in vegetables.
β° Lunchtime.
8οΈβ£ Cashews
Soaked for an hour. Eat plain or crushed.
β° Afternoon snack.
9οΈβ£ Sabudana
Soaked then cooked. Never raw or fried hard.
β° Breakfast or fasting days.
