1️⃣ Ghee

One spoon on warm rice.
⏰ Lunchtime.


2️⃣ Betel leaves (paan)

After meals, without to***co or supari.
⏰ After lunch and dinner.


3️⃣ Milk (organic)

Warm, not cold. Add a pinch of elaichi.
⏰ Night, one hour before sleep.


4️⃣ Mangoes

Ripe, alone. Not with milk or curd.
⏰ Afternoon, as a meal not a snack.


5️⃣ Sweet potatoes

Roasted or boiled. Not fried.
⏰ Early evening.


6️⃣ Jackfruit

Raw or ripe, cooked well. Never raw and never fried as chips.
⏰ Lunchtime.


7️⃣ Coconut

Fresh grated on rice or in vegetables.
⏰ Lunchtime.


8️⃣ Cashews

Soaked for an hour. Eat plain or crushed.
⏰ Afternoon snack.


9️⃣ Sabudana

Soaked then cooked. Never raw or fried hard.
⏰ Breakfast or fasting days.
