_*||जे अति चहा घेतात त्यांच्यासाठी ही पोस्ट ||*_ ∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆∆ बरेच लोक नुसते दुधाचा चहा करतात पण हे आरोग्यस चांगले नाही यामुळे पित्त वाढून डोकेदुखी, अपचन, मलमल, पोटफ़ुगी असे वेगवेगळे प्रॉब्लेम होतात, चहा घ्यायचा तर कमीत कमी दूध आणि पाणी जास्त नाहीतर सर्वात बेस्ट Black tea, Lemon tea, अद्रक , tea 1 नं गुळाचा चहा ( 100 वर्षे जगा पण गुळाचा चहा प्या) ९०% आजार पोटातुन होतात साखरेचा चहा टाळल्यास तुमचे ४५% म्हणजे पोटचे निम्मे आजार आपोआप नष्ट होतील, चहाचे दुष्परिणाम....
१. दिवसाला 5 ते 10 कप इतक्या प्रमाणात अती उकळलेला चहा पिणारे पचनशक्ती बिघडून आम्लपित्त, अल्सर, सांधेदुखी, अंगदुखी आणि मलावरोध अशा अनेक विकारांना बळी पडतात.

२. भारतीयांमध्ये चहात साखर घालण्याचे प्रमाण जगात सर्वाधिक आहे. त्यामुळे बैठा व्यवसाय करणार्‍या व्यक्ती मधुमेह, कोलेस्टेरॉल, हृदयविकार आणि स्थौल्य अशा विकारांकडे ओढल्या जात आहेत.

३. दूध-साखरविरहित चहा जरी पुष्कळ प्रमाणात प्यायला, तरी त्याच्या तुरट चवीच्या अतिरिक्त प्रमाणामुळेमलावष्टंभ ,रक्तदाब वाढणे ,पक्षाघात यासारखे विकार आणी शुक्राणूंची संख्या अल्प होणे असे विकार बळावतात.

४. दूध, साखर आणि चहाची भुकटी एकत्र करून उकळलेला चहा कफ-पित्त वात वाढवणारा आणि उष्ण गुणाचा आहे.

१०. चहासमवेत आपण काही पदार्थ खातो. त्या पदार्थांमध्ये मीठ असल्यास मिठाचा चहातील साखर व दुधाशी संपर्क आल्यामुळे चहा शरिराला खुपच मारक बनतो.

खरे पाहिले तर 'चहा' दारू पेक्षा ही जास्त घातक आहे पण दारू बदनाम आहे चहा नाही .
