Dear All Enterprises,
1. We are known that every employees of all the category do waste around 25 % of monthly salary towards Unwanted Domestic Expenditure knowingly or unknowingly.
2. HRD Centre is working on the said challenge and do bring 25 % saving from the monthly salary and would help contributing towards country development and also bring saving with more return to the tune of 4% to 30% by different methods of investment plan – saving account, Fixed deposit, Mutual Funds, Shares.
3. The process of identifying and eliminating the wasteful 25% of monthly salary expenditure of every employees would be started within three (3) months times.
4. Enterprise will be incurring expenditure towards the 2 nos of 100 page note book and every month 45 minutes for review of five different sample cases in groups.
5. Every Employees need to do the writing of his or her daily expenditure every evening amongst all the family members. The Family members need to clarify about every expenditure for its NEEDs Or WANTS.
6. In case of Expenses on NEEDs shall be continued. But in case of Expenses towards WANTS, family members would identify and eliminate the said expenses and do saving against all expenses towards WANTS. We assured that every family would be saving min. Rs 1000/- per months and Rs 12000/- per annum.
7. We would assure every family would be incurring expenses towards the daily NEEDS Only.
8. This project would be executed by HRD Centre by conducting monthly training, coaching and mentoring process. We do help people to overcome the expenditure towards the alcohol, to***co, cigarette, over eating habits, unwanted sugar, oil, junk food. We also do share the knowledge of nutrition, required calories per day, calories contained in grocery, vegetables, eatable oil, milk, ghee’s, non-veg, fruits, etc, etc.
9. We do conduct complete body medical checkup with the help of German Technology Machine. Do give required medical advice too.
10. If you are concern towards your employees economic wellness and saving. Do lets come together for Only 3 months to make it Happen.
