🌿 A Truly Enriching Experience at the International Yoga Conference on Cancer Care 🌿
Attending this 3-day conference at the serene Kaivalyadham, Lonavala, was an unforgettable journey of learning and connection. The panel discussions, paper presentations, practical sessions, and networking with PhD scholars, Yogshikshaks from across India, and stalwarts from top oncology institutions in India and abroad were truly inspiring.
The profound insights gained will empower me to better understand the psychology of cancer patients and support them through Yog, Pranayama, and Meditation. Grateful for this opportunity to deepen my knowledge and commitment to holistic wellness. 🙏

🌟 **Celebrating International Yoga Day with Biz-4 Solutions Pune & Indore ! 🌟**
I had the pleasure of conducting a virtual yoga session for Biz-4 Solutions on International Yoga Day, and it was an incredibly rewarding experience! 🙏
We had 88 enthusiastic participants who joined in to find their inner peace and rejuvenate their minds and bodies. The feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, and I am thrilled to hear how much everyone benefited from the session.

Empowering Educators Through “Yog & Wellness”
We had the incredible opportunity to conduct a session on ‘Yog & Wellness’ for around 70 pre-primary teachers at Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan’s Paranjape School. It was an enriching experience to share the transformative power of yoga and wellness practices with such dedicated educators.
In our session, we focused on simple yet effective yogic practices and mindfulness techniques that can be easily integrated into daily routines. The goal was to equip these amazing teachers with tools to enhance their own well-being, which in turn can positively impact the young minds they nurture every day.
Thank loads to Shri. Nandkumar Kakirde Sir, Secretary Bhartiya Vidya Bhawans, Pune, My dear friend Principal Mrs. Philomena Gaikwad Madam, Pre primary school Principals Mrs. Aparna Das Madam & Mrs. Aparna Yernalkar Madam for this wonderful opportunity. I am inspired by the enthusiasm and commitment of the teachers who participated, and I look forward to seeing the ripple effect of wellness in their classrooms.

मार्कंडेय पुराणात आठ सिद्धींचे वर्णन आहे. कठोर उपासनेमुळे व विशिष्ट प्रकारच्या आचरणाने त्या प्राप्त होतात असा समज आहे.
हनुमानाला ह्या अष्टसिद्धी प्राप्त होत्या आणि त्याने गरिमा सिद्धी वापरून आपले शरीर मोठे केले व लंकेकडे उड्डाण केले असा समज आहे.

प्राप्तिः प्राकाम्यमीशित्वं वशित्वं चाष्ट सिद्धयः॥
अणिमा,महिमा,लघिमा,गरिमा,प्राप्ति,प्राकाम्य,ईशित्व वशित्वं या त्या आठ सिद्धी आहेत. सिद्धी म्हणजे पूर्णता, प्राप्ति,सफलता.
