Design , Manufacture and Supply of Separator Vessel for Liquid Ring Vacuum Pressure Compressor Package for a Multinational OEM. The separator was designed and manufactured in accordance with ASME Sec VIII Div I and adhering to PMC and project specifications. The separator was for Wet H2s Service. Adhering to NACE MR0103 standard, all nozzles were restricted to Self Reinforced type (SRN) & Long Weld Neck (LWNRF). Ferrite content had restriction up to 7 Fn. Equipment’s was successfully delivered with desired quality standards.
End User- Numaligarh Refinery Limited, Assam, PMC- Thyssen Krupp India Third Party Inspection- Bureau Veritas .

KGC designed, manufactured and supplied 48 nos of Suction and Discharge Pulsation Dampeners for Compressor Package OEM Supplier, for 5 Nos Compressors to be installed at Numaligargh Refinery Expansion Project.
Equipment’s were designed for Wet H2S & Hydrogen service in accordance with ASME Sec VIII Div 1, with adherence to NACE MR 0103, Project & Process Licensor Specifications.

Update from our Training Division KGC International Skill Centre-Well done Team KGC
Bharti Argade of Yeola District, Nashik-Age 23 yrs had started intensive welding training program for Gas Tungsten Arc welding at our skill center. After the successful completion of the program, KGC facilitated employment in a reputed global MNC company in Pune, which is involved in fabrication of components for the aviation sector.
Inspired by our Hon'ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi's Beti Bachao Beti Padao initiative, KGC International Skills Center promises to develop and expand the Women's Welding Training Program to successfully involve skilled women in the manufacturing industry.
