Home remedy for glowing skin

You Will Need

1/2-1 teaspoon turmeric powder
4 tablespoons gram flour (also called chickpea flour)
Milk or water
What You Have To Do

1. Mix the turmeric powder with the gram flour. To this, add enough milk or water to form a paste.

2. Apply this on your face and neck.

3. Leave it on for 15 to 20 minutes. Rinse with plain water.

Use this remedy once or twice a week.

Turmeric contains cucurmin, which has strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It will eliminate the harmful free radicals that are damaging the skin. It also enhances collagen production, and this keeps your skin supple and glowing (1). Gram flour gently cleanses the skin to make it clean and bright

Don’t: Skip skincare before and after a workout. Apply a toner to help minimize oil production before heading out. Exfoliate after, and then apply shea butter or olive oil to moisturize the skin.

Most people are self-conscious of blackheads on their faces, but almost everyone gets them at some point. They occur when the sebum, oil excreted by your skin, forms a blockage in your pores. When the oil is exposed to air, it oxidizes and turns black, creating the blackhead. Getting rid of a blackhead permanently requires removing the entire blockage, not just the black, oxidized section. You can easily clean out your pores and remove blackheads at home.

Apply a hot compress to your skin, using a soft cloth and hot water. The heat will open up your pores, making it easier to remove blackheads and blockages. Keep the compress on your face for five to 10 minutes before you remove it.

How To Use Camphor For Stronger Hair:

Mix camphor oil with a raw egg and apply it to your hair, especially to the roots.
Let it sit for 15-20 minutes before washing it off with a nourishing Shampoo & Conditioner.

Take good care of acne and pimples

One of the disadvantages of having dark skin is that you can be more prone to acne and pimples and they will show up more on your face too. Always remove all your makeup at night, use a good facial cleanser to keep your skin perfectly clean. Never pick at pimples, or you could be left with scars on your skin.
