I can totally relate from this .I am sure people who choose healthier options always can relate to this Whenever I go to a party or an event, I keep hearing
“why are you dieting, you don’t need to lose weight, you’re already thin”.
I’M NOT DIETING! I just try to eat real foods /right food as much as possible!
And secondly, eating right should be a priority not only for overweight people but for everyone to maintain optimal health.

Complex carbs provide a more lasting source of energy compared to Simple carbs because they take longer to digest.

They may help to reduce risk of several chronic health conditions, such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular disease and several forms of cancer.
Excessive consumption of Simple carbs like refined grains and added sugars harms your body.

It’s all about balance.
I am not on any diet.
But I make sure that I include the following in my food plate every single day:
1. Protein (Pulses or tofu or paneer or egg)
2. Carbs (Rice/ Roti/ Millets)
3. Probiotics ( Curd/ Buttermilk)
4. Fiber (Raw vegetables)
5. Vitamins, Minerals and Phytonutrients ( Sabzi).
