All students can choose any two timing according bellow times for cover their 200 or 300 hours online yoga teacher training course.All yogic values like –Asana,Pranayama,Meditation, cleanshing process,Yoga philosophy ,Yoga anatomy etc.. will be cover with in this two classes.150 hour will be contact hour and other hours will be home work.Our teachers will be ready for classes according your chosen time .You should choose one class from first section and other class should choose from second section according your country suitable time.

First section of the day
5 to 6.30 am ,
6.30 to 8 am,
8 to 9.30 am,
9.30 to 11am .
am to 12.30 ,
From this 5 timing you can choose one class according your country suitable time.
Second section of the day according Indian time —
2.30 to 4 pm,
4 to 5.30 pm ,
5.30 to 7 pm,
7.30 to 9 pm ,
From this 4 timing you can choose one class according your country suitable time.
For 200 and 300 hour course first month one time Ashtanga Yoga and other time will be Hatha yoga But in second month one time Practical & Teaching Practice,But in Second class Pranayama,Meditation,Philosophy,Anatomy ,Cleanshing Process etc…
All classes will be live class by Zoom.
