Everyone sees the glamour on the ramp, but very few get to see the hard work happening behind the scenes.
As an Assistant Backstage Manager, my day was all about final rehearsals, model coordination, outfit changes, last-minute fixes and making sure every sequence reached the ramp on time.
This was my 3rd year working at the VGU Campus Annual Fashion Show, and honestly, this season was my favourite. The energy, the teamwork and the excitement made every moment worth it.

But before the lights, music and audience, there are fittings, rehearsals, sequences, planning, backstage chaos and lots of sleepless hours 😭
This was Day 1 as an Assistant Backstage Manager at VGU Campus Annual Fashion Show.
From hotel check-in to rehearsals, outfit fittings, music discussions and a 4 AM sleep time before a 7 AM call time 🤍
