Irrespective of how misplaced and blunderous our choices in the past have been, we can still choose to disown our previous self and start afresh. That's the beauty about life. That's the thing with consciousness. Consciousness is simply choice.

Yoga as an iceberg

The Legend of Neela Madhaba:
According to mythology, the supreme deity was originally worshiped in a dense forest as Neela Madhaba (a blue jewel form of Lord Vishnu) by a tribal chief named Viswavasu. Learning of this divine entity, the legendary King Indradyumna of Malwa sent a priest, Vidyapati, to locate it. Vidyapati eventually married the chief's daughter, and though the deity vanished, Lord Vishnu instructed the grieving king in a dream to build a temple for a newly manifested form.The Unfinished IdolsVishwakarma, the divine architect, appeared as an old carpenter to carve the new idols from a floating, divine log. He agreed to the condition that he must work in absolute seclusion for 21 days. However, the anxious queen opened the door on the 17th day out of concern. The sculptor vanished, leaving the wooden idols of Lord Jagannath, his brother Balabhadra, and his sister Subhadra incomplete, without limbs. A divine voice commanded the king to worship the deities just as they were.

Acceptance of this universal truth makes our life equilibrium in both pleasure (birth) and pain (death).

In the battlefield of Kurukshetra, Duryodhana felt aparyapta (not completed, not full, not purna) in his team where armed Bhishma Pitamaha and Dronacharya along with so many armed Kings and matured people were there. He said my army looks aparyapta and Arjun's team looks Prayapta. Because Krishna is there without a single weapon.

Look at our life too, till the time we don't see the Krishna inside us, so many problems which ruin us inside out. When we see his presence inside us, life is beautiful and Prayapta.
