Role Overview

Kezza Healthcare is looking for a dynamic and organized Marketing & Operations Executive to support daily clinic operations, patient engagement, and local marketing activities. This role is ideal for someone who is energetic, customer-friendly, and eager to grow in the healthcare and wellness industry.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Responsibilities

Handle local marketing activities, including field promotions, branding, and lead generation.

Manage social media posting, basic content coordination, and customer engagement.

Maintain relationships with nearby vendors, partners, gyms, salons, and influencers for referrals.

Coordinate with central marketing for campaigns, creatives, and lead follow-up.

Track daily inquiries, leads, conversions, and share reports with management.

Operations Responsibilities

Assist in daily clinic operations, appointments scheduling, patient flow, and overall clinic coordination.

Manage patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, walk-ins, and maintain high service standards.

Support doctors and clinic staff by ensuring smooth process flow and proper documentation.

Maintain inventory of consumables, equipment usage logs, and procurement coordination.

Ensure cleanliness, ambience, and patient experience meet Kezza standards.

Skills & Requirements

Minimum 12th pass or graduate (any stream).

Basic understanding of marketing, sales, and customer service.

Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.

Friendly, disciplined, and professional attitude.

Ability to use mobile apps, basic Excel/Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Business.

Experience in healthcare, wellness, beauty, or retail is a plus (not mandatory).
