single dosa gives 128 calories and 6gm protein and 6.4gm fibre.It is best alternative of regular
rice dosa!

Daliya dosa
Serving-12 dosa
Ingredients
1-Urad dal-100gm(1/2 cup)
2-Daliya-300gm(1.1.5cup)
3-Chana dal-50gm(1/4th cup)
4-Methi dana-5gm (1tsp)
Method
1-In a bowl add urad dal, daliya, chana dal, methi dana, add water and wash it 2-3 times.
2-Now add sufficient water and soak it for 6 hours.
3-Add it in mixer jar and grind it as fine paste.
4-Now keep it in kitchen counter overnight for fermention.(you can store this batter for 2-3 days
in fridge for future use)
5-next morning add salt and water , mix well.
6-Heat a cast iron tawa and grease it with little oil, now sprinkle some water and clean it.
7-Pour the 2 spoon full ladder of dosa batter on tawa and spread it.
8-Cook it until it crisp, super healthy daliya dosa is ready to serve.
Serve hot with tomato chutney

This superfood chutney is made from Amla (Indian gooseberry).As we all know alma is low in calories, rich in fibre and vitamin C.

Amla chutney
Shelf life-5-6 days in fridge
Ingredients
1-Amla-200gm
2-Coriander leaves-2 handful
3-Green chili-6-7
4-Red chili-3-4
5-Methi seeds-1/2tsp
6-Rai-1tsp
7-Groundnuts-10gm
8-Urad dal-1 tbsp
9-Hing-2-3 pinches
10-Salt-1tsp
11-Haldi-1/4th tsp
12-Oil-1 tsp
Method
1-Wash and chop the amla, remove seeds.
2-In a pan add oil, add methi dan, rai fry it.
3-Now add urad dal, fry for sometime.
4-Now add red chili, and green chili, groundnut, fry for some time.
5-Now add amla, salt, turmeric powder,coriander leaves, cook until, amla became soft.
6-Now add it in mixer jar add hot water and grind it as fine paste.
If u want u can add tadka too.
Super healthy amla chutney is ready to serve.
