🔸Candidate should be able to maintain the accounts individually and should have sound knowledge of the latest version Tally.
🔸Experience in processing journal entries, invoices, month-end closures, and reconciliations.
🔸Knowledge of Goods and Service Tax and Income Tax.
🔸Maintain and balance accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, and reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies.
🔸Issue and verify purchase orders.
🔸Maintain & reconcile general ledger by preparing subsidiary accounts, trial balance, and reconciling entries.
🔸Record financial transactions, manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and ensure timely payments and collection follow ups.
🔸 Minimum 2 -3 years proven experience as a Finance Executive or other similar role
🔸 Proficiency in using accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
🔸 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
🔸 Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry.
🔸 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
🔸Minimum 3 years experience
