Rasht is a city in the north of Iran around 40 kilometers from the shore of the Caspian Sea. Rasht is known in Iran for its beauty and its parks. People for all around the country come there to experience much wetter and colder climate than the rest of the country. All in all Rasht and it's surroundings offer a starkly different experience from southern Iran.

Zeytoon Parvardeh is most popular meal in north of iran, special in gilan province. Know we publish its recipe.
Zeytoon Parvardeh Recipe :
Ingredients (serve 4 to 6)
1 lb green olive without seed
1cup minced walnuts
garlic cloves
4tsp water of sour pomegrante
1/2 cup fresh mint
eryngium planum
1/4 tsp ground angelica (optional)
salt & pepper
Mix all of them except olive , after that add olive to it, after mix put it in , that's simple

Sadé or Sada Jashn-e Sada/Sadé, also transliterated as , is an ancient festival. Sadeh celebrates 50 days before Nowruz. Sadeh in Persian means "hundred" and refers to one hundred days and nights past the end of summer (or the beginning of long-winter known to start at the end of summer in ancient Persia/Iran). Sadeh is a mid winter festival that was celebrated with grandeur and magnificence in ancient Persia. It was a festivity to honor fire and to defeat the forces of darkness, frost, and cold.

سازمان زیباسازی شهرداری #رشت فراخوانی را برای طراحی المان های نوروزی صادر کرد.
علاقمندان به شرکت در این فراخوان می توانند آثار خود را حداکثر تا تاریخ ۵ بهمن به نشانی دبیر خانه این سازمان ارسال نمایند.
لازم به ذکر است از ۱۰ نفر از طراحان برتر این فراخوان طی مراسمی با لوح تقدیر و نیم سکه بهار آزادی تقدیر خواهد شد.
بر اساس اعلام سازمان زیباسازی شهرداری رشت، موضوعات فراخوان در دو بخش آیین ها و سنت های بومی و ملی و نوروز و یا هویت شهری تعریف شده است. فرهنگ و هنر ملی، نمادهای مرتبط با نوروز، هفت سین و یا عناصر بومی، بازی های بومی و محلی و خاطره انگیزی از مهم ترین موضوعات آیین ها و سنت ها معرفی شده اند و معماری بومی منطقه و سوغات و صنایع دستی رشت از مهم ترین موضوعات بخش هویت شهری هستند.
