Thinking about starting collagen but not sure what to expect? 💭
It’s easy to assume you’ll feel or see something straight away, especially with how it’s often talked about.
Collagen doesn’t really work like that, it’s not instant - it’s something that builds in the background when you take it consistently.
Knowing what’s normal from the start makes it much easier to stick with it and actually see the benefit over time.
Here’s what you can realistically expect when you start taking Amino Marine Collagen 👉🏼

When was the last time you actually thought about your bone health?
For most people, it’s not something that feels urgent until much later, but the reality is, changes are already happening long before you notice anything at all.
Bone strength isn’t fixed, it’s something your body is constantly working on, and as you get older, that balance starts to shift.
Understanding what’s going on beneath the surface makes it much easier to support your body in the right way.
Here’s what really happens to your bones with age, and why it matters more than you might think 👉🏼

How do you actually take care of yourself when life is full?
Between work, family, and everything else that fills your day, it’s easy for your own routines to fall to the bottom of the list.
I’ve learned that if something feels complicated or time-consuming, it usually doesn’t last.
What has worked for me is keeping things simple, consistent, and realistic. Supporting my body from the inside out, building habits I can stick to, and letting go of the idea that it has to be perfect to be effective.
This is how I take care of my skin and health as a busy mum and business owner, and the routines I keep coming back to 👉🏼
I’d love to know- what does taking care of yourself look like right now? What habits have actually stuck for you? Let me know in the comments below! 💌

Most women are prepared for the obvious symptoms of menopause. The hot flushes, the sleep changes, the shifts in mood.
What if one of the most important changes is the one you don’t feel at all?
Bone loss doesn’t come with a warning, it builds slowly, in the background, long before it ever shows up as a problem, and by the time you notice it, it’s often been happening for years.
That’s why understanding what’s really going on matters.
Not to overcomplicate things, but to give your body the support it actually needs, at the right time. Here’s the symptom no one really talks about and what you can do about it 👉🏼
If you’re ready to start supporting your bones more intentionally, you can explore our Bone Health Therapy through the link in our bio 💌

Sleep is often the first thing to feel off during menopause.
One week you’re drifting off easily, the next you’re awake at 3am with a busy mind and a body that won’t settle. It can feel frustrating, especially when you’re doing “all the right things” and sleep still feels unpredictable.
What’s helped me most is letting go of the idea that there’s one perfect solution. Better sleep in menopause usually comes from small, steady changes that support your body and nervous system over time.
Here are a few gentle ways to improve sleep without adding pressure or perfection 👉🏼
If sleep has been a challenge lately, save this post and come back to it when you need a reminder 💌

Your 40s have a way of cutting through the noise, what used to work suddenly doesn’t land the same, and the appeal of quick fixes fades fast.
You start paying closer attention to what actually supports you, not just in how you look, but in how you feel day to day.
For me, the biggest changes haven’t come from one dramatic overhaul, they’ve come from a few steady habits that support my skin, energy, movement, and recovery in a way that holds up in real life.
This is a look at what’s genuinely made a difference to my skin and health in my 40s, and why I keep coming back to these foundations 👉🏼

These are the little things that consistently boost my happiness, the ones I come back to again and again without really thinking about it 👉🏼
