A Journey of Youth Leadership and Climate Action 🌍
From 8-10 November 2025, the serene setting of our three-day Eco Leaders 4th Batch Training & Networking Event came alive with the voices, energy, and ideas of passionate young changemakers from across Bangladesh.
Organized by The Earth under the Eco Leaders Project, supported by the British High Commission, Dhaka, this gathering wasn’t just a training - it was a movement in motion.
Over three days, participants explored the pressing challenges of climate change, discussed pathways to a just transition, and built skills in advocacy, leadership, and campaign design. Each session sparked creativity, collaboration, and commitment to action.
Five inspiring youth-led teams joined this edition:

1️⃣ Sabuj Jubo Jote &2️⃣ Bornno Biggan Club from Gaibandha
3️⃣ Eco Roof Crafters from Sylhet
4️⃣ Banana Bloom from Bandarban
5️⃣ Eraser from Dhaka
The journey culminated in an Idea Presentation Session, where innovation met passion and the winning teams, Sabuj Jubo Jote (Gaibandha) and Eco Roof Crafters (Sylhet), were recognized for their outstanding ideas to promote sustainability in their communities. 🏆
As the event ended, one message echoed among all youth are not just the leaders of tomorrow, they are the changemakers of today. 💚
Through the Eco Leaders Program, we continue to believe in the power of young voices to lead local solutions, inspire action, and create a more sustainable and just future for all.
