Puglia has my heart ❤️

Every town feels like its own world, Ostuni’s white maze, Polignano’s cliffside drama, Lecce’s baroque glow and a short drive gets you to Matera’s cave-carved streets, technically Basilicata, but always part of my trip. Delicious food and w**e, with none of the tourist markup.

This is authentic Italy at its best ❤️✨

I came to Puglia needing to recharge. Puglia is delivering. It’s been a Summer of navigating things I won’t go into on here. But I came here carrying more than I’ll put into words.

Grateful for this place. For the reminder that rest isn’t a luxury, it’s essential when life feels heavy 💜

I genuinely don’t think I’ve ever had so many compliments on a dress! One of the DJs even announced it was “the dress of Silverstone” 😂 Whether that’s true or not, I’ll happily accept the title for a day!

I’m sure there are many people who think a 58 years old woman shouldn’t wear a dress like this. Good job I didn’t ask! 😉💃

Life’s far too short to worry about other people’s rules. If it makes you feel amazing, wear it. Dance in it. Make memories in it.

Yesterday was my birthday 🎂 Chapter 58 ✨💫

Chapter 57 was a year of growth. A year of healing, learning, and making sense of so many things. Some chapters aren’t easy, but they shape us in ways we never expect.

Yesterday was everything I could have wished for. I spent the day surrounded by my family, my happiest place. We all melted together in the heat 🥵 before celebrating into the evening with some very special friends 💖

I couldn’t have asked for a better way to welcome being 58!
