A cold ice cream on a hot July day is one of life’s great pleasures.
The historic Gelateria Cervino in Forte dei Marmi created a bespoke Tempio d’Acqua flavour, artfully mixing peach, vanilla, bergamot and mandarin to replicate the fruity splendour of the perfume.

The Casamorati Grand Tour has reached Forte dei Marmi, where the refined, fruity scent of Tempio d'Acqua is providing the perfect olfactory complement to the sun, sea and sand.
While Casamorati was winning hearts in high society in the late 19th century, so too was Forte dei Marmi. The seaside town had become a haven for Tuscan nobles and intellectuals in search of connection to nature. They began building elegant villas in the area, marking the start of its transformation into one of the Mediterranean's prime bathing destinations.
For the occasion, Gelateria Cervino — one of Forte dei Marmi's most beloved institutions — was transformed into a Casamorati experience, where visitors had the chance to discover the Maison's world and explore its full fragrance portfolio.
After a pleasant sojourn in Bologna, the Grand Tour leaves the city and heads for the Tuscan coast.
Next stop, the luxurious seaside resort of Forte dei Marmi.
Bologna’s portici and piazze attract plenty of admirers, but with the Casamorati Grand Tour passing through, perfume became the main attraction.
Now for a trip to the coast.

Back to the beginning.
The Casamorati Grand Tour is officially underway, having arrived this weekend in beautiful Bologna, the city where the house was founded in the 19th century.
In the historic piazza XX Settembre, Casamorati pays homage to its early years with Mefisto, the cool, invigorating scent whose composition is based on that of the original perfume, first released in the late 1800s.
There’s no better way to spend the summer than a trip around Italy.
Over the coming weeks, Casamorati will be taking in the abundance of culture and class found all over this beautiful country, stopping off in some of its most charming locations with special connections to the house and its perfumes.
There are many places to visit on this Grand Tour, but the first stop could only be Bologna, the birthplace of Casamorati.
