Born in Torino Italy, Alessio built his life around discipline, performance, and transformation through combat sports.

As a professional Muay Thai and Kickboxing athlete, he earned two W.K.N. European titles and built a career through years of training, competing, coaching, and high performance development.

Over the years, Alessio has trained celebrities, high level professionals, athletes, and internationally known DJs, helping them improve their strength, conditioning, discipline, and overall lifestyle.

After more than 20 years in fitness and performance, Alessio understood that true health is not only about training harder. It also requires recovery, nutrition, hormones, cellular health, peptides, IV therapy, and the right medical support.

Today, Alessio helps lead the business side of Vita Wellness while bringing his experience in performance, client care, and personal transformation into the brand.

A Journey That Started Early

Born in New York City and raised between the Dominican Republic and Florida, Clarianne discovered her passion for healthcare at a very young age.

As a child, she often accompanied her beloved grandfather to medical appointments while he lived with a serious heart condition. He was her greatest hero, and watching the physicians care for him inspired a dream that never left her: to dedicate her life to the medical field.

Over the years, Clarianne pursued extensive education in medicine, nutrition, and integrative health, believing that science could help answer life’s most difficult health challenges.

Then life became personal.

When her three children faced complex neurodevelopmental challenges, she began searching beyond conventional medicine. She immersed herself in functional nutrition, psychoneuroendocrineimmunology (PNEI), nutrigenomics, systems biology, and longevity medicine to understand how the brain, immune system, hormones, metabolism, and environment work together.

Her children became her greatest teachers, transforming her family’s journey into her life’s mission.
