🇮🇹Informarsi prima di procedere con la realizzazione della canna fumaria adibita ad una sufa e/o camino, è molto importante per la sicurezza e il funzionamento dell'impianto! Ecco le principali regole che una canna fumaria deve rispettare, affinché possa considerarsi costruita a regola d’arte:

✔️Essere utilizzata da un unico impianto: ogni stufa o camino dovrà avere la sua propria canna fumaria;
✔️Avere dimensioni e altezza adeguate per garantire un corretto tiraggio;
✔️Avere un andamento verticale e, ove questo non sia possibile, è necessario ridurre al minimo gli spostamenti e soprattutto gli stessi devono avere spostamenti dolci;
✔️È assolutamente da evitare il cambio di sezione che può creare turbolenze dei fumi o perdite di carico eccesive;
✔️La sezione circolare è da prediligere rispetto ad altre sezioni, per il fatto che viene facilitato al massimo lo scorrimento dei fumi. Nel caso in cui sia necessario adottare un camino a sezione quadrata o rettangolare, lo stesso dovrà avere spigoli arrotondati e rapporto tra i lati pari a 1,5;
✔️Le pareti interne dovranno essere lisce e impermeabili, che eviteranno il deposito di incombusti e l’assorbimento della condensa;
✔️Essere realizzato con materiali resistenti all’azione corrosiva degli acidi residui di combustione;
✔️Garantire resistenza a temperature elevate, solitamente comprese tra i 300°C ed i 400°C;
✔️Essere complete di coibentazione adeguata per garantire il mantenimento della temperatura dei fumi al fine di garantire un costante e corretto tiraggio;
✔️Essere costruita con materiali adatti a resistere alle sollecitazioni meccaniche derivanti dalle dilatazioni termiche e dagli sbalzi di temperatura;
✔️Essere dotata di un comignolo che consenta la fuoriuscita dei fumi con qualunque regime di venti, e impedisca la penetrazione di pioggia o neve.

🇬🇧Inform yourself before proceeding with the construction of the flue used for a fireplace and/or fireplace, it is very important for the safety and functioning of the system! Here are the main rules that a chimney must respect, so that it can be considered as built to perfection:

✔️Be used by a single system: each stove or fireplace must have its own flue;
✔️Have adequate dimensions and height to ensure correct draft;

✔️The circular section is to be preferred over other sections, due to the fact that the flow of fumes is facilitated as much as possible. If it is necessary to adopt a chimney with a square or rectangular section, it must have rounded corners and a ratio between the sides equal to 1.5;
✔️The internal walls must be smooth and waterproof, which will avoid the deposit of unburned materials and the absorption of condensation;
✔️Be made with materials resistant to the corrosive action of residual combustion acids;
✔️Ensure resistance to high temperatures, usually between 300°C and 400°C;
✔️Be complete with adequate insulation to ensure that the temperature of the fumes is maintained in order to guarantee constant and correct draft;
✔️Be built with materials suitable to resist mechanical stress resulting from thermal expansion and temperature changes;
✔️Be equipped with a chimney cap that allows smoke to escape in any wind regime and prevents the pe*******on of rain or snow.
