Two years ago, I met this beautiful girl while she and her husband were stationed here in Italy. Being an Army spouse is not always easy. Behind the uniforms, the moves, the goodbyes, and the adventures, there are so many sacrifices that people don’t always see. Building a life while constantly adapting, starting over, supporting your partner, and sometimes finding your own identity along the way takes strength, courage, and resilience. She came to me during a chapter of her life when she was looking for something of her own. Recently, she sent me this message, and honestly… it reminded me why I love teaching so much. 🥹❤️
