this afternoon I did a walk for my battle float with my daughter crystal.the weather was ok thought it was going to rain A lot but it was lucky it was a little bet of rain . we walked along the front from the burger bar to upside down boat and back.feeling tied now so I'm going to use my aloe heat lotion to rub on my aches and pains from the walk.i may also use my aloe gelee bubble bath in a nice hot bath and relax.
