✈️ I will be away from July 18th to August 2nd. Please make sure to book your appointments before I leave and one after I return.

📆 As I will be away for two weeks, I won’t be able to fit everyone in, so please extend your infills where possible to give more clients a chance to get an appointment.

By booking an appointment with me,
you accept my terms and conditions.

🟢Every NEW CLIENT must complete a patch test at least 24 hours before the appo intment.
You will receive a note with instructions on how to prepare for the test.
🟢 To secure your appointment, a £20 deposit is required for all new clients.

🟢CANCELLATION POLICY AND MISSING APPOINTMENT

Please notify me at least 24h in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments
✅️this policy applies to all reasons for cancellation
✅️After this I reserve the right to charge:
-50 % of the appointment fee for cancellations/rescheduling or no-shows from Mon-Fri
-100% of the appointment fee for cancellations/ rescheduling or no-shows on weekends and bank holidays .
✅️No future appointments will be booked until cancellation fee is paid.
This policy ensures fairness and allows other clients the opportunity to book.

🟢BOOKING IN ADVANCE

✅️Please ensure you book at least 2-3 appointments in advance.
I am very busy, and I don’t want to disappoint anyone.
✅️If you have multiple appointments booked in advance and miss or cancel any appointment without rescheduling ,all future appointments will be subject to cancellation

✅️Infill appointments can be booked up to a maximum of 3- 4 WEEKS for a full set ,and up to 2-3 WEEKS (30min) for a half set. For clients with a busy lifestyle, I recommend more frequent infills to maintain the ideal look and durability of the application."
Please come to your appointment with at least 40%-50% of your lashes remaining — otherwise, a new set will be required.!

🟢LATE ARRIVAL POLICY

✅️In order to stay on schedule for all my clients, I may shorten your service time if you are late to your appointment.
✅️The regular service price will still apply.
✅️As a courtesy to others, I reserve the right to reschedule your appointment if you are more than 15 minutes late.

🟢IMPORTANT REMINDER

✅️Please ENSURE your lashes are CLEAN before every appointment !
✅️Failure to follow AFTERCARE guidelines May result in additional charges.

🟢PLEASE REMEMBER

✅️Busy holidays, crying, illness, workout, occasional heavy makeup, sleeping on your face .....all affect the durability of your lash extensions. It’s your responsibility to follow the aftercare instructions, inform me in advance about any such situations, and book extra time if needed.
✅️Each appointment has a specific time slot, and I can’t go beyond it — especially if I need to spend 10 minutes cleaning off leftover makeup or removing half of the grown-out lashes.

🟢During your first visit, you are always informed about the aftercare rules and which products to use for lash cleansing.

🟢After your first “full set” application, you have 3–4 days to let me know if you’ve lost a larger number of lashes (not just 1–2!).
It’s normal to lose 2–4 lashes every day due to natural shedding.
In that case, I’ll invite you for a free appointment to check everything.

🟢I DO NOT infill other salons lashes .
🟢I accept all forms of payment (except Amex).
Please pay for your service immediately after your appointment, or within 24 hours via payment link.
🟢Vouchers are available-6 months valid
