What does “coming back into balance” feel like for you? 🤍

There are moments in life that stay with you forever, quietly leaving an imprint on your heart. This was one of those moments.

As we entered the space, an incredible stillness washed over me. I instantly felt held by the warm, loving presence of Maestro Don Alejandro and Sister Betty. In that stillness, nothing else seemed to matter. There was only presence… and the quiet knowing that all is exactly as it should be.

My deepest gratitude to Bonnie McAteer and Ed and Movement Medicine for creating such a beautiful and sacred space where we could receive the medicine and teachings of Ayni Karpay.

Sharing these days with such beautiful souls, connected through love, laughter, ceremony and our deep reverence for Mother Earth, filled my heart with so much love and peace!

One of the greatest gifts for me was witnessing the elders, who have dedicated their lives to preserving these ancient wisdom teachings. Their humility, devotion and generosity are a true inspiration.

I was also deeply touched to witness the beautiful harmony between the Divine Masculine and the Divine Feminine. There was such quiet strength and humility in the way Maestro Don Alejandro held the space, allowing Sister Betty’s wisdom, grace and presence to shine so naturally. It was a powerful reminder that true leadership creates space for others to flourish.

I feel deeply honoured to have been initiated into Chumpi Healing Medicine. This medicine is profoundly heart-opening. It gently reminds us to soften, to remember who we are, and to return to our natural state of love and connection.

As I continue walking the path of beauty, this experience has only strengthened everything my beautiful mum taught me while I was growing up—to be kind, to be compassionate, and to lead with love!

My prayer is that we all leave gentle footprints of loving awareness—remembering always that we are not separate… we are all One.

Summer Solstice - A Return to Your Inner Sun

Today the sun reaches its fullest expression.

For just a moment, the Earth pauses in perfect balance between light and shadow, reminding us that we too carry a light that never truly disappears.

I can’t help but wonder if perhaps this Solstice is not asking us to become more.

Perhaps it is simply asking us to remember.

To remember the essence of who we truly are, which already lives within us.

The quiet strength beneath the noise.

The fire that has carried us through every season of our lives, through every change.
