We primarily use DND Gel Polish so there are plenty of shades to choose from. And if there’s a particular color you have in mind that we don’t currently have in stock we’ll do our best to source it for you.

💳 WHY DO WE REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?

We often get asked, “Why do I have to pay a deposit to book?”

The simple answer is: your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. 🤍

When you book an appointment we are not just putting your name on a calendar. We are setting aside that specific time, preparing the treatment space allocating a service provider, and turning away other clients who may want that same appointment time.

Here’s a simple example:

Let’s say you book a 2:00 PM massage. 💆🏽‍♀️

Another client contacts us and asks
“Do you have anything available at 2:00 PM?”

We tell them, “Sorry, that time is already booked.”

They make other plans because that appointment belongs to you.

Then 2:00 PM comes and you don’t show up. 🫠

Now we’ve lost your appointment AND the opportunity to give that slot to someone else.

That’s exactly why we require a deposit.

💰 THE DEPOSIT ISN’T AN EXTRA FEE.

It is a commitment toward your appointment and helps protect the time that we have reserved specifically for you.

We completely understand that things happen which is why we ask clients to communicate with us as early as possible if they need to make changes.

But no-shows and last-minute cancellations can have a real impact on a small business.

So when you pay your deposit you’re simply saying:

“Yes, I’m committed to this appointment.”

And we appreciate that commitment because it allows us to continue providing the level of service and availability our clients expect.
