A work day… but make it Pilates. ✨🧘🏽♀️🥂
Because health & wellness sometimes means stepping away for a full body reset. 💆🏽♀️
Spa La Vie by Cocoflair had the pleasure of participating in Pilates & Performance hosted by and honestly, who knew Pilates and brunching could be this elite? 😭✨
Safe to say… muscles are a little sore today, but we’d absolutely do it all over again. 🤍
Big thank you to the amazing instructor for pushing us, stretching us, and reminding us that wellness can still be fun. 💫
Spa La Vie by CoCoFlair was proud to participate in Broadleaf Infant and Primary School Career Day, sharing the importance of wellness, self-care, and the many opportunities within the restoration and wellness industry. It was truly a joy connecting with such bright, curious students and encouraging them to dream big and take care of themselves along the way.
