🌿 We’re Hiring: Professional Spa Manager | Montego Bay, Jamaica 🌿

Oceano Zen Spa is seeking a dynamic and experienced Professional Spa Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Montego Bay Beauty Salon & Spa. If you are passionate about wellness, leadership, customer satisfaction, and business growth, we’d love to hear from you!

✨ Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Oversee daily spa and salon operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery
✔️ Manage Point of Sale (POS) and inventory systems efficiently
✔️ Demonstrate strong conflict resolution and team leadership skills
✔️ Perform effectively in a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort environment
✔️ Develop marketing promotions and drive upselling strategies to increase retail and service revenue
✔️ Meet monthly company sales and service targets
✔️ Maintain strict health, safety, sterilization, sanitation, and hygiene standards in compliance with Jamaican public health regulations

📌 Experience Required:
• 3–5 years of experience in a spa, salon, beauty therapy, or wellness environment
• Minimum 1–3 years in a supervisory or management role

🎓 Education & Qualifications:
• Supervisory Management Diploma or Associate Degree in Hospitality Management
OR
• Level 4 Certification in Beauty Therapy (HEART/NSTA Trust or equivalent)
• Licensed background in Massage Therapy and/or Cosmetology is highly preferred
